I have been taking lessons for 5 years now and the teachers are so sweet, also the staff are so kind there!!!
I really dislike this store. I have been going there for music books and supplies for my kids instruments for the past ten years. The staff have been rude on more than one occasion. They seem not to want to serve you for small purchases. Recently I went in to buy reeds for my sons alto sax and the man behind the counter sold me clarinet reeds. My poor kid was frustrated by his poor sound until the band teacher figured it out! Their frequent buyer system is a joke - I had mis-placed my card and got a second one, but when I found the first they would not let me combine the points Id earned (and not like its a very good deal - you have to spend hundreds to get a measly $10 bucks back). Im driving across town for all my music needs from now on.
Excellent staff, wide variety of instruments and dance wear.
Find they are always helpful and honest. Won't try to oversell you on something you don't really need while making sure you get to choose from quality options.
